Negley Construction began when Paul L Negley started his career in home building in 1974. Due to the progressive growth in the Shenandoah Valley area Mr. Negley made Winchester, Virginia his headquarters. Our homes are built throughout Winchester, seven counties in Virginia, and West Virginia.
Paul was joined in 1988 by his brother Clement Negley. Clement is the guiding force and visionary of the excavation segment of the business.
Together the Negley brothers have built a reputation of quality, integrity and reliability in custom built homes from the clearing and breaking of ground to the finished product. The company is the proud recipient of numerous awards for the design and quality of homes through the years.
